  I usually don't write bad reviews because mistakes happens and good customer service should help but this business deserve it.i own small shop for truck repairs.i had road service and need to buy 19.5 wheel.they asked what vehicle and how many log nuts.i called customer and give them information they didn't ask any other questions what year or model .they confirmed they have it .i asked if they have after hours service and they said they have 1 person in shop and it is 225$
  I delivered wheel to customer and it was wrong wheel
  I called back and manager Christina answer .
  I explained situation and instead of apology I got blame for this situation bc I didn't give them enough information!!!!!I She was arguing with me and yelling.She offered me come back in morning and change that wheel.I supposed to leave that guy on freeway till morning??
  I already knew what a horrible customer service
  I asked about after hours person who can exchange wheel and suddenly they didn't have anybody.earliest they can send was 90 minutes and even it was their mistake they wanted me to charge 250$ !!(in shop I was told 225$)
  I lost that road service job ,wasted my time and really got upset with her.
  This is big company with many years in business so you would expect they care about their customers and treat them with respect
  I will never buy there again!!
