  I've been going to this groomer ever since the new owners took over. I had an issue come up with my dog (skin irritation) after a grooming and brought it to their attention. They were very responsive and Jessica came in after hours to remedy the situation for free with a special soothing bath treatment (she wasn't even the groomer who groomed my dog) I never felt like the groomers were avoiding me (in response to prior reviews) and they did everything to make sure me and my dog were happy. Amanda and Jessica are both very gentle and loving with my dog. Its scary when something comes up with your pet after a grooming but these things happen and it's important that you have a groomer that takes responsibility for it and helps and love on leash did both for me and my dog. I have taken my dog there for a couple years and she always is happy and well groomed afterwards!
